Petricelli is a product of Mintagency OÜ ("we", "us", "our"), registered in Estonia. We operate petricelli.pet and are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data transparently.
We collect only what's necessary to deliver your portrait: • Pet photos you upload — used solely to generate your portrait. • Email address — provided at checkout via Stripe, used only for order delivery and support. • Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. • Basic analytics — anonymous usage data (page views, country) to improve our service.
Your pet photo is sent to our AI generation service (Replicate) to create your portrait. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored permanently on our servers. Generated portraits are stored temporarily to enable your download, then automatically deleted within 24 hours.
We use the following trusted services: • Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy) • Google Gemini API — AI image generation (ai.google.dev/terms) • Vercel — website hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy) Each operates under their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone else.
We use essential cookies only for the functioning of the website (e.g., maintaining your session during checkout). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Under GDPR (and similar regulations), you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request deletion of your data • Withdraw consent at any time • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@mintagency.eu.
Uploaded photos: deleted within 24 hours of generation. Order records: retained for 12 months for legal/tax obligations. Email addresses: retained until you request removal.
Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
