Petricelli is a product of Mintagency OÜ, registered in Estonia. Petricelli provides AI-generated artistic portraits based on pet photos you upload. Portraits are created using artificial intelligence technology and are digital products delivered electronically.
All portraits are generated by artificial intelligence. Results may vary depending on the quality of the uploaded photo, the pet's pose, lighting, and other factors. Portraits are artistic interpretations — not photographic reproductions. We do not guarantee that every output will match your expectations, though we strive for the highest quality.
Portraits are priced at €9.99 per portrait. All prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You will see the final price before completing your purchase. €1 from every order is donated to animal shelters through our Paws Forward initiative.
Digital portraits are available for download immediately after payment. You will receive a download link on the confirmation page. Portraits are delivered in high-resolution PNG format (4K).
Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally do not offer refunds once a portrait has been generated and downloaded. However, if there is a clear technical defect (e.g., corrupted file, generation error), contact us at hello@mintagency.eu and we will either regenerate your portrait or issue a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Under EU consumer protection law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by clicking "Purchase" and receiving immediate access to your digital portrait, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal, as the digital content has been fully delivered.
Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use your generated portrait for: • Personal use (printing, framing, gifts, social media) • Commercial use (merchandise, products, marketing) You may not resell the AI generation service itself or claim the portrait was hand-painted by a human artist.
You must only upload photos of pets you own or have permission to photograph. You must not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse service if content violates these terms.
The Petricelli brand, logo, website design, and code are our intellectual property. AI-generated portraits are licensed to you under Section 7. The underlying AI models and technology remain the property of their respective creators.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petricelli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Petricelli is operated by Mintagency OÜ, registered in Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
